Howard and Connie Thank you very much. I have had 3 pools in my life time. Your company was the first company I had dealt with online. I have to say that dealing with your company has been the most pleasant. After we lost our home and pool during the hurricane Katrina. When we ordered this pool from your company my husband and I was very surprise how affordable the pool package had been and how fast the pool arrived. We tell everyone if they don't buy online then they are not getting the quality service they desire. Thank you

I purchased my pool from ProPools back in April. Due to unforeseen personal events in my life, I wasn’t able to install the pool at the time, and it stayed in boxes in my shed until this past week. I planned on getting the pool installed this Saturday (May 31), so my installer opened everything up and did an inventory to make sure all parts were there.

During this inspection, it was found that 3 of the 6 buttresses were for a different size pool. So in my panic (3 days until install), I contacted Howard at the Nashville location. He had none of them in stock, so he said he would see what he could do about getting them from the manufacturer before my install day. Today my parts arrived! He got parts from Canada to Tennessee in 1 day! I am truly impressed with the excellent service!

I am writing you to commend one of your employee's for the superior customer serviced I received from her.  I purchased one of your pools and it was delivered to my home on June 7.  The package seemed to contain all the necessary parts to assemble the pool.  My installers arrived on June 15 and informed me that several key components were missing.  I called your toll free number and Connie immediately began to try to help me in my predicament.  The installers only had one day prior to July 31 open and it was the very next day.  Connie called me alter that day and apologized again, stating that the shipping department figured out what went wrong and assured me that my parts would be on my door step by 10:00 AM June 16.  At 9:30 AM today the UPS driver knocked on my door and delivered my parts.  The installers are hard at work as I write this letter.  Connie is truly a customer service wonder.  I am so please I chose your company to purchase my pool from.  Please let Connie know how grateful I am.

I called clueless to the whole pool buying experience. Propools helped me figure out what I wanted for the price I could afford. All the specials were true, Shipping is FREE, the price I saw is the price I paid!!!!

There were NO hidden fees. And I received my pool in perfect condition. I had previously ordered with another online pool company and I waited 5 weeks and never saw anything. So I then checked Propools out on the Better Business Berea and they had a satisfactory report.

These guys are awesome. I originally came to them thinking that I wanted an on ground pool and ended up realizing that what I really needed was an in ground pool.

They walked my husband and I through the entire assembly process. I like to say that they practically built this pool extensibly through my husband and I over the phone. These guys really know their stuff.

I recently visited propools.com to look at above ground pools. I noticed the new Onground pools and looked into it. I really am enjoying it. They helped me to locate a contractor and it was easy enough for my husband and I to do. Also, bit of advice, we got our property appraised and it raised as if we had an inground pool.
