Shipping & Deliveries
All deliveries are curbside and someone should be there to inspect and receive the delivery.

Inspect all product shipments and report any damages or shortages.
Inspect all cartons and note any damage or possible concealed damage on the freight bill prior to signing for receipt of or receiving the products.
Should the product shipment be signed for and no notes are made indicating any possible or real damages, then the consumer of the product(s) becomes the legal owner of the merchandise and Propools.com, the seller, can no longer file a damage claim with the freight carrier and therefore any damage(s) would be yours to claim with the freight carrier, should any be realized.
Should product shipment damage(s) be noted on the freight bill, be certain the delivery driver signs the same receipt you do and you retain a copy of the signed documentation for your records.
ProPools' responsibility with respect to shipments made by common carrier ends with the issuance of the bill of lading.

All shipments are scheduled for residential delivery; however we will not pay for, be responsible for or reimburse for any additional residential delivery fees in which a truck with a lift gate is or has been requested by the receiver.
Shipments which arrive by common carrier are to be unloaded by the receiver.
(Concerning Pool Shipments: It is possible to remove any banding or securing measures from the shipment and unload the components one at a time.)
An order which is picked up by the purchaser and/or agent of the purchaser; such shall receive the product as being received in new condition and any possible transit damage, freight charges, port charges, vat charges, duty, etc. is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Not withstanding the paragraphs above; upon receipt of any shipment(s) it is the customers responsibility to immediately inspect the product and all applicable carton contents and immediately notify us of any product or carton component shortages or damages. If no, notification is made or necessary, it is understood that the shipment was delivered in a whole, complete, acceptable and usable condition as ordered.
FREE SHIPPING
"FREE SHIPPING " is based
upon our already having the estimated shipping delivery costs which would be
directed at us, adjusted into the sale price of the product. It does not imply
in any way, that we are not charged for shipping products. In no way is
shipping; free, as we do have an estimated amount of shipping costs built into
the sales price of the product. Which is why we can wholeheartedly say,
"The Price You See is the Price You Pay". Any/All returns or
refunds of products/goods purchased from propools.com are subject to a possible
deduction of the estimated shipping amount which had been adjusted into said
product at the time of the sale.
Free Shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous United States. Free Shipping on above ground pools is strictly for the pre-kitted above ground pool packages such as the standard, savings or premier package pools, where applicable.

Returns
Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior written authorization from Pro Pools. To submit a return request please to go propools.poolreturns.com. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused.
All returned merchandise must be new and unused with exception of defective goods.
A 20% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued for salable merchandise.
Any returnable goods, must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment.
Return authorization number must appear on all cartons.
Return Exclusions: We will not accept returns on Above Ground Pools, In Ground Pools, On Ground Pools, Spas, Pool Domes, Parts or Special Order Items.
Cancellations
All cancelled orders prior to shipment will incur a 6% cancellation charge.
Should customer's order having had already shipped out to the customer, then cancellations will include the freight to return the product back to the shipping point of origination and the 6% cancellation charge.
Special Orders
Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery on most Special Orders.
Special Orders are designated as such on the web site; propools.com and are not returnable or able to be cancelled once the order has been processed.
Submissions
By providing information to us via this website (such as feedback, data, comments, questions,suggestions, plans or ideas), the visitor agrees that such information shall be non-confidential and that Pro Pools shall have unlimited rights to: use, distribute, reproduce, and disclose such information as Pro Pools deems appropriate, without compensation or acknowledgment of its source.
