Hey, just wanted to say how happy
I am with your customer service. I bought a pool from you last year and
the help over the phone was amazing. I received the wrong light and
the response to make I right was outstanding. Not that you care but
weather in Missouri last year was horrible which delayed the pool being
finished. September the pool was finally installed but the liner was
never finished. Having said that can I order a gasket for the light
and is there a gasket for the stairs? I managed to loose the
gaskets. This year I am going to be ready to rock and roll. Let me know
if you can help me and I will gladly pay. I will endorse your company
every chance I get. Thanks.

Brian, has been Awesome I have spoken to him about 4 times before choosing the pool. He answered all my questions each time I came up with more, he really took the time knowing howI felt that this is a big purchase and wanted to think about everything. In the end I did go with the pool he suggested. Factors no hot top rail, warranty on all items. We did go with the awesome stairs. Will update once up. Yes we bought in October but we have ample time to do our project.

I really want to thank you so much for all of your help for ordering a replacement safety cover for my pool. I had been researching covers for months and It was the first time I have ever made a large purchase like this online. I have to say I was so afraid it wasn’t going to show up or It would be junk. It was exactly as promised! Our local pool store wanted us to pay a ridiculous $2500 for a replacement cover! I will be doing business with you again.

Brian, during the whole process you or others from your company took the time and explained the project, from the type of pool I choose down to selecting the correct filter and pump.
Your construction supervisor was a pleasure to meet and to work with.

Brian, I just wanted to let you know my cover showed up last Tuesday and I finally finished installing it last night.
I was concerned because the flap for the steps was in the center and my steps are slightly to the side but all worked out well.
Really easy to install and all the parts were there!

Thank you so much we went swimming for two hours on Sunday.
I am enjoying the pool completely, getting exercise I need and having fun at the same time....
The ease of payment and delivery went smooth and was quick. Everything was
here in less than a week. And the istallation only took a few hours and it was up and

I purchased my pool from ProPools back in April.
Due to unforeseen personal events in my life, I wasn't able to
install the pool at the time, and it stayed in boxes in my shed until this past week.
I planned on getting the pool installed this Saturday (May 31), so my installer opened everything up and did an inventory
to make sure all parts were there.
During this inspection, it was found that 3 of the 6 buttresses were for a different size pool.
So in my panic (3 days until install), I contacted Brian at the Nashville location.
He had none of them in stock, so he said he would see what he could do about getting them from the manufacturer before my install day.
Today my parts arrived! He got parts from Canada to Tennessee in 1 day! I am truly impressed with the excellent service!

I am writing you to commend one of your employee's for the superior customer serviced I received from her.
I purchased one of your pools and it was delivered to my home on June 7.
The package seemed to contain all the necessary parts to assemble the pool.
My installers arrived on June 15 and informed me that several key components were missing.
I called your toll free number and Connie immediately began to try to help me in my predicament.
The installers only had one day prior to July 31 open and it was the very next day.
Connie called me alter that day and apologized again, stating that the shipping department figured out what went wrong and assured me that my parts would be on my door step by 10:00 AM June 16.
At 9:30 AM today the UPS driver knocked on my door and delivered my parts.
The installers are hard at work as I write this letter.
Connie is truly a customer service wonder.
I am so please I chose your company to purchase my pool from.
Please let Connie know how grateful I am.

All the specials were true, the price I saw is the price I paid!!!
There were NO hidden fees. And I received my pool in perfect condition.
I had previously ordered with another online pool company and I waited 5 weeks and never saw anything.
So I then checked Propools out on the Better Business Berea and they had a satisfactory report.

These guys are awesome. I originally came to them thinking that I wanted an on ground pool and ended up realizing that what I really needed was an in ground pool.
They walked my husband and I through the entire assembly process.
I like to say that they practically built this pool extensibly through my husband and I over the phone. These guys really know their stuff.
I read some of the reviews and they were negative, but I have nothing to say but good things.

I recently visited propools.com to look at above ground pools.
I noticed the new Onground pools and looked into it. I really am enjoying it.
They helped me to locate a contractor and it was easy enough for my husband and I to do. Also, bit of advice, we got our property appraised and it raised as if we had an inground pool.
