The following schedule sets forth the percentage rate to be paid by
the purchaser after full warranty term expires.
From the beginning of the 1st year to the end of the 2nd year . . . n/c
From the beginning of the 3rd year to the end of the 8th year . . . 50%
From the beginning of the 9th year to the end of the 13th year . . . 70%
From the beginning of the 13th year to the end of the 20th year . . . 90%
The manufacture warrants the original retail purchaser, that if a PoolTux Safety Cover swimming pool cover shall fail due to a separation of sewn joints within the number of years based on the warranty schedule below from the date of original purchase.
