12' x 23' Above Ground Pools are the perfect fit for those with a small family or with a fair amount of space. A 12' x 23' foot above ground pool will comfortably fit 4-5 average size adults to swim, float and play. There are approximately 6,550 gallons in a 52" above ground pool and requires approximately 1-1/2 -2 cubic yards of sifted(playground) sand to create a 2" layer under the liner and to make the sand cove.

A great way to see if this oval pool will fit in your backyard is to take something like a garden hose; make an oval the same size of the pool, then see how it fits in the available yard space. Also, you can have everyone in the family stand inside the circle and see how much room you have. You may find that a slightly larger pool will both fit the yard and is what is needed to maximize swimming enjoyment.
